Integrated Health:

2) TRE: Trauma Reducing Exercise / Tension Releasing Exercise:

5) Reiki: Healing Energy
Chi is also pronounces as ki, or written as Qi. In Chinese medicine, 
Chi can be interpreted as: the "life energy" or "life force," which flows within us. In acupuncture, Chi is the "vital energy" of the body. Imagine channels / rivers of energy flowing through your body. Chi also refers to the physiological functions of organs and energy meridians.
Reiki (Ray-kee) uses the same energy centers as in yoga, called chakras. It is similar to hands-on healing.
